“You”, “User”, “Client” refers to any person using our website, app, or services.
2. Services
VoltsUp provides professional solar panel cleaning, operation & maintenance (O&M), repairs, and upgrades for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
We also offer a client management mobile app for service history, payments, and scheduling.
3. Use of Our Website & App
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. However, we may share your data with
- Trusted third-party service providers (e.g., form or app tools) for business operations
- Government or legal authorities, when required by law
- Internal team members who need the information to perform services
4. Your Rights
By using our site or mobile application, you agree:
- To provide accurate and complete information during booking or registration
- Not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not to copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission
- To comply with all applicable laws in Pakistan when using our services
4. Booking & Payments
- All service requests are subject to availability and location.
- Quotes are provided based on information provided by the user.
- Payments must be made through authorized channels (cash, bank transfer, or app).
- Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Missed appointments without notice may incur a service fee.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, app, and promotional materials—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and images—is the intellectual property of VoltsUp and may not be used without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
VoltsUp shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our services
- Delays due to weather, power failures, or external factors beyond our control
- Damage to solar panels or equipment caused by pre-existing faults or third-party installations
8. Warranty & Disclaimer
- We guarantee that our cleaning and maintenance services are performed to industry standards.
- We do not guarantee solar system performance as external factors (like shading or hardware issues) can affect output.
- The mobile app is provided “as-is” without any warranty of uninterrupted operation.
9. Account Access (Mobile App)
If you are issued login credentials:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- Do not share access with unauthorized users.
- Inform us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. All information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or misused.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice if any of the Terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Updates to These Terms
